Qigong (or Chi Kung) is an internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques.
Mind-body exercise wellbeing programme based on the principles of traditional chinese medicine. Combines elements of Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and relaxation/meditation with inspiring music.

At diddi dance we realise and encourage endless enthusiasm and energy in an action packed, full of fun 45 minute dance class.
