The focus in this session is to teach the basics Kettlebell moves and some bodyweight exercises.
This has to be done maintaining a balance between technique and intensity. This is achieved through the bodyweight exercises which aloud each of the participants to work hard while they concentrate on their Kettlebell technique.
Kettlebell are demanding and rewarding, to learn how to use them is an asset to any person interested in getting fitter and leaner.

Kettlebell and Body weight mixA blend of Kettlebell and body weight exercises. The circuit format of the session insure a very demanding and intense workout.

A simple reason, the goal is for participant to do what they can, to work as hard as they can. When that goal is achieved, no matter the level of fitness, what is important is the participants input and commitment.
