Bollywood Dance ClassRoom Name: Atrium Club
Bollywood Dance Workout is a fun fitness class that aims at giving participants a total cardio workout in Bollywood style.
The classes use the many different Indian dance styles fitted to each song, creating easy to follow choreographed routines full of Bollywood flare. The combination of fun dance moves with aerobics, gives as good as a Zumba workout. You can expect to burn more than 600 calories in a single class – it is such good fun that you don't feel tired even after working out all your muscles.

Here's what we will do in this hour long class:
Learn some fun and energetic Bollywood-Bhangra moves
Choreograph 'Jai Ho' (from Slumdog Millionaire)
Freestyle Bollywood dancing - fast paced cardio workout
Dance with colourful Indian scarves to work on all the muscles in our arms
Cool down, stretch and relax by doing few Yoga asanas
