B-Core is a 30-minute class that targets your back, abs, and oblique's.Ultimately we all want great looking abs – but we also have to realize that the entire core of our body is our physical foundation for everything we do in life. So by coming to this class, not only will you get a great 6-pack, but you will set up your body for overall health and injury prevention for the long run. The focus will be on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and glutes to develop better balance. You will also see improvements in running, jumps and, deeper squats.
