A postnatal fitness programme for mums with their babies in their buggies. A great way to get fit and lose weight, make friends and a great way to avoid or alleviate symptoms of post-natal depression. Workouts cater for all fitness levels containing cardio and strength training intervals. This can include walking or running, exercises to improve your posture, muscle strength and fitness levels which have been effected by pregnancy and childbirth.

Buggy and Bumps BootcampA low impact class suitable for buggies and bumps, held by our pregnancy specialist, Jane. Use your body weight, resistance bands and other functional equipment to maintain your fitness. Cardio is a fundamental aspect of the class with walking or gentle jogging.
