A postnatal fitness programme for mums with their babies in their buggies. A great way to get fit and lose weight, make friends and a great way to avoid or alleviate symptoms of post-natal depression. Workouts cater for all fitness levels containing cardio and strength training intervals. This can include walking or running, exercises to improve your posture, muscle strength and fitness levels which have been effected by pregnancy and childbirth.

Classes are an hour long, starting with a warm up and introduction, followed by bursts of cardiovascular and strength training intervals. This includes walking or running, depending on your preference, and exercises focusing on ...regaining posture, muscle strength and fitness that have been affected by pregnancy and childbirth. It is never too late to join, even if your baby has now become a toddler. MumsFit cater for all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace. We also give modifications to increase/decrease the intensity.
First class is FREE. Subsequent classes cost £5 or you can purchase a 10 class pass for £45.
