A postnatal fitness programme for mums with their babies in their buggies. A great way to get fit and lose weight, make friends and a great way to avoid or alleviate symptoms of post-natal depression. Workouts cater for all fitness levels containing cardio and strength training intervals. This can include walking or running, exercises to improve your posture, muscle strength and fitness levels which have been effected by pregnancy and childbirth.

Buggy PowerBuggy Power is for those who are pregnant and wanting to get fit in preparation and for those who want to get fit following pregnancy. This is an active outdoor class where babies can be involved.
We encourage all skill levels to attend, Dad's, grandparents, nannies and siblings are also welcome.

Buggy Fit (Exercise For Mums)Buggy Fit (Exercise For Mums) are 45 minutes post-natal exercise class with their baby (6 weeks - 1 year olds) taking place in our Studio or Shoreditch Park.
Formally known as Fit For Mums, Buggy Fit is designed to support women after the birth of their baby, with the focus on posture and working the ab and back muscles. By performing low impact exercises, it will strengthen your pelvic floor making you body stronger from the inside out.
