A great way to get fit and lose weight, make friends and a great way to avoid or alleviate symptoms of post-natal depression. Workouts cater for all fitness levels containing cardio and strength training intervals. This can include walking or running, exercises to improve your posture, muscle strength and fitness levels which have been effected by pregnancy and childbirth.
