A postnatal fitness programme for mums with their babies in their buggies. A great way to get fit and lose weight, make friends and a great way to avoid or alleviate symptoms of post-natal depression. Workouts cater for all fitness levels containing cardio and strength training intervals. This can include walking or running, exercises to improve your posture, muscle strength and fitness levels which have been effected by pregnancy and childbirth.

Strength + ConditionA 20 minute strength circuit using weighted exercises, followed by 20 minutes of legs bums and tums using wights and resistance bands.
The class is adapted for all pregnancy and postnatal individuals but all women are welcome.
Come on your own or bring little one with you.
If you are postnatal this is suitable from once you have been signed off from your GP and given the ‘ok’ to exercise.

My workouts feature upper and lower body conditioning exercises. You are going to get strong and sweaty!
