Vicky Warr's The Beez Kneez Pregnancy Core Strength and Sculpt classes:- target your deep abdominal and core muscles to minimise diastasis and reduce back pain
- maintain and improve your muscle tone
- boost your cardiovascular fitness
- prepare you for what may be a marathon… delivery!
- ease common discomforts
- improve your energy
- strengthen and show you how to activate your deep core muscles to help your labour and delivery
- get you back into shape faster after your baby.
Personal attention to exercise confidently and have good technique. Limited to 8 places per programme. Suitable from 12 weeks of your pregnancy.
Classes run as 6 or 8 week programmes.
Instructed by Vicky Warr, pregnancy fitness specialist and expert to Gurgle Magazine, BBC Radio and Mothercare. Vicky is also a mother with 2 children.

Mamas Core and Total Body Sculpt
This class is designed by Vicky Warr and is specifically for Mums who have children from 6 months old up to 6 years old. Vicky's exercises target the core muscles. This class programme will:- help get you feeling stronger and fitter to get back into sport and fitness pain and injury free
- to have you feeling more energised
- to tone you up faster and more effectively.
Personal attention guaranteed as class numbers are limited to 10.
If you’d like to start running again, do a triathlon or another sporting event, The Beez Kneez Method, devised by Vicky Warr is a combination of core, cardio (high intensity, low impact) and strength exercises. They are specifically designed to improve your core and strength following the physical changes that happened to your body during pregnancy (no matter when that was) and targeted for those mums who want to get back to their favourite sport. Whether that is for fun or as a recreational sport.
The programme:
• 6 or 8 weekly fitness sessions over 6 or 8 weeks using the Beez Kneez postnatal core and fitness method, created by Vicky Warr
• Weekly food tips and ‘How to exercise video’
• Nutrition advice: juice sample and healthy cake samples containing fruit and flavour
• X-band loop
When: Tuesdays, 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
Suitable for: Postnatal from 6 months.
Fitness Levels: All - beginners, intermediate or more advanced fitness.
