Dance Fitness A dance-based low-impact, high-intensity workout to uplifting pop and latin style music that combines simple dance moves, muscle toning, flexibility and lengthening.In the latter part of the class you’ll use the Barre (chair or wall) for ballet inspired toning exercises, great for legs, bums and tums and optionally use exercise equipment such as mini-soft balls and small hand-weights to add resistance (please bring small hand weights if you have some and would like to use them).
This multi-level class is challenging and fun! No previous dance or ballet experience is necessary.
