Afrobeats Dance Fitness
Afrobeats dance fitness programme is created for people to experience the freedom, self-expression and confidence that is found in movement. We focus on technique, flexibility and co-ordination whilst developing cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength& endurance.In our dance fitness programme we have a range of classes available from traditional and contemporary Afro-Caribbean dance to feel good 90’s classics, gradually raising your heart rate to burn those calories.
Each routine has been choreographed with a base move that has three different levels making it suitable for all abilities. No equipment needed, you choose your level and work your way up!

With a background in dance and performing I found fitness and group fitness a little later in life but soon realised I wanted to share my knowledge and passion with other people and so I became an instructor in 2014. Teaching a wide range of classes from strength and conditioning to dance the real enjoyment comes from watching others gain a better understanding of their body and improve in their strength and confidence which can be carried over into all aspects of life. As much as pushing yourself can be difficult there will always be a part where you can smile and enjoy it and I can't wait to help you through that journey!Thursday
