Exercise Ball
A class using a Swiss ball to work on core strengthening, this is the middle section of the body, including the abdominals muscles which help to improve your balance. Whilst using the ball the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, engaging many core muscles (addominals, thighs, lower back and hips). Those muscles become stronger over time focusing on strength, balance, weight distribution, posture and coordination.
