Level 2 - Getting Fitter
FitStepsFitSteps takes the Ballroom and Latin dances you love from Strictly Come Dancing to create this up-beat, energetic and really varied dance fitness class. One minute you’re working your cardiovascular system with the Jive, the next you’re stretching and toning with the Tango, and trimming your waist with the Salsa and Cha Cha. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t realise you’re working hard. The music is great too!

FitSteps FAB (For All Bodies)FitSteps® FAB (For All Bodies) is a low-impact, low intensity, gently-paced class, ideal if you want to be more active but find gyms daunting and exercise a chore. The class combines the grace of the Waltz and Foxtrot with the Latin rhythms found in the Bossa Nova, and the fun of the Charleston. You will improve your posture, boost your confidence, and lift your spirits, as dance releases lovely mood-enhancing hormones.
