A super seniors fitness class aimed at those looking to keep fit and healthy.We start with basic exercise to music then move onto working with resistance bands and seated exercises, finishing with a lovely stretch and relaxation session. No floor work.
Great for improving heart health, improving bone density, stamina, strength and flexibility as well as mental cognition and health. A great, fun and effective class! A great social gathering too!
