The Mornington Chasers Regent's Park 10K Series - Sunday 1 December
With it's beautiful landscape and great race atmosphere, running alongside London Zoo, lucky runners will spot camels, giraffes or even some big cats, while other sections of the course take you past the tranquil boating lake, floral gardens and centuries-old statues and monuments.With the start/finish line situated next to the Hub - the park's largest cafe and changing facility - and acres of open space for relaxing and recovering with friends, you'll be able to make a great trip out to celebrate one of your fastest 10K times, accurately recorded using chip-timing on this official UK Athletics licensed and measured course.

Elisabeth is a neuropharmacologist and Functional Medicine nutritional therapist with over 18 years experience. She runs a thriving health consultancy in North Bucks/South Northants specialising in brain and gut health, where she provides expert opinion for private clients, corporate business programmes, the national media, specialist healthcare publications and health companies. Elisabeth's extensive academic training includes a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science from Kings College London, a PhD in neuropharmacology from Oxford University and a BSc in Nutritional Medicine.

Dom Day has been playing professional rugby for 14 years with over 250 top flight games to his name. Starting in Wales, his career took him to England, Japan, Australia and he now plays for English Premiership club Saracens. Dom was also a key part of the Wales national side throughout the 2015/16 season, including playing in the 2015 World cup.
George Kruis has been playing professional rugby for 10 years and is a seasoned international and British Lion. He has over 150 appearances for Saracens winning 2 European titles and 3 Premiership trophies.
Dom and George have between them over 20 years experience in professional sport and have been under the surgeon's knife 12 times. They have played and trained through pain and injury more often than they would have liked.

Hampstead Heath 10K, 5K and Fun Run Trail Race
More than 200 runners took part last year, and this year we hope even more people will be able to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Hampstead Heath.Participants can choose to run or walk a distance of 2k, 5k or 10k, and all ages ared welcome! The event will be started by our Athlete Ambassador, Team GB Triple Jumper, Nathan Fox, and free post-race massage and stretching will be provided by our event partner and wellness experts, Breathe London.

The Total Motion Aquathlon at Tooting Bec Lido is established as a firm favourite with novice and regular multisport athletes in London.
Tooting Bec Lido is the largest freshwater swimming pool in the UK and as such provides the perfect venue to create an aquathlon like no-other.
The event begins with a staggered start to the 810m, 9 length swim of Tooting Bec Lido (plenty of overtaking space), and followed by a run of 2 loops of Tooting Common, totalling 5km. The aquathlon is chip timed, allowing you to receive times and splits immediately after you finish via text message. Participants may enter The Total Motion Aquathlon as a relay team with one person swimming and one running.
Along with our event partners The Clapham Chasers Running and Triathlon Club, we look forward to welcoming all abilities of participant seeking a personal challenge to Tooting Bec Lido. For members of triathlon clubs from around the capital alongside those this event will again form part of The British Triathlon London League. Regent's Park Summer 10K Series - Sunday 3 May 2020

Grand Union Canal Spring Half Marathon - Sunday 5 April 2020
This is the first of our two Grand Union Canal races in 2020, the second taking place on Sunday 8 November 2020. When: Sunday 5 April 2020 at 10:00. To avoid congestion, runners will be released in waves several minutes apart. Your wave will be communicated to you in the week leading up to the race.

Coach Transport: Since this is a point-to-point race, you may choose to park at the finish in Cassiobury, Watford and take the coach provided to the start BEFORE the race only (pre-registration required, there will be no availability on the day). On finishing the race your car will be available for collection. The coach transfer is available to book here, or during the order process (please ensure you select the correct date), but must be booked by Sunday 29 March 2020.
