Hiit - High Intensity Interval TrainingHIIT is an amazing full body workout! Quick and effective, HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training is a great cardio workout that involves cycles of high Intensity bursts and low to moderate intensity recovery. Gets your heart pumping and your body working!
Don't worry if you have never done HIIT before - it's easy to pick up and you can go at your own pace. Wear comfy clothes and trainers and bring a large bottle of water as you will need it! The class runs for 30 mins - please contact me for availability.
I’m Sedge Gooding and I have been running my fitness classes in Reading since 1995. My passion is to make exercise fun and uplifting, whilst helping people to get fitter, healthier and lose weight.
Our classes are for everyone! – Male and female. Children over 10 years old are also welcome to attend as long as they are with an adult.
