Yoga involves a series of 'poses' creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. Namaste Kids YogaInstructor Hayley has been teaching children's yoga for 6 years. Kids sessions are for ages 2-5yrs. The sessions run every Monday during term time from the Hopkins Hall at Sutton Valance Prep School. Classes are designed to be fun using music, stories & games to bring yoga to life for a child but mixed in with the fun is still the important breathing techniques, mini mediation & relaxation which will help children manage their emotions off the mat. Yoga has many proven benefits and they work for children too. Namaste Kids also can do school visits, Pre-school/nursery and run workshops. Qualified from 2-18yrs DBS checked, Insured, First Aid trained & Safeuarding trained. Trained with the following yoga schools: Yoga Bananas, Cosmic Kids, Kidding Around Yoga, TeenYoga, Youth Yoga.
