Yoga involves a series of 'poses' creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are constant, but the approach to them vaires depending on the tradition in which the teacher has trained. Helps your flexibility, bringing greater range of motion to muscles and joints.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga (suits Beginner - Intermediate)This Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is aimed at complete Beginners.
We will focus upon improving flexibility, strength & helping you to breathe & relax.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga focuses upon how breathing affects the mind & body. Vinyasa is based on a series of poses called the sun salutations, in which movement is matched to breath. While rigorous, the postures flow together smoothly & class is aimed at complete beginners but different levels will be offered allowing greater challenges for this who are more flexible +/or fitter.
£20 for 4 classes (need to be booked but don't have to be consecutive classes), with option to pay £5 for 1st class or £7 drop in option (if space).
Drop in option with CircHiiTs £10 (instead of £11.50) or if pre-pay for both classes you can do Yoga & CircHiits for £9.
