Freestyle fitness yogaYoga (Fitness) is a freestyle class that targets flexibility, core stability and strength by including a great number disciplines. It is not a spiritual experience as it only mimics Yoga in its breathing and style. There is no dogma, chanting or philosophy attached to this workout.
Through learning new Yoga poses and Yoga postures at Yoga (Fitness) you will learn how to identify your bodies stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve your posture and move with more confidence in every day life. You will improve your overall flexibility and enhance your physical fitness. Yoga (Fitness) also proposes good exercises to increase your mental and physical relaxation, to enhance development of your body awareness and then to reduce your muscular tension.
