Body Tone is a 40 minute full body resistance training workout using your body weight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells to improve your muscular strength and endurance.
If you don't have all the equipment you can get creative with things around the house. Water bottles make a great replacement for weights!

Trigger Point Pilates
Trigger Point Pilates™ is a combination of Pilates based exercises combined with Myofascia Release (which is traditionally a hands-on therapy). This means you will be strengthening your core and releasing muscle tightness in the same class. Tight myofascia can often interfere with proper core initiation and when released can provide improved proprioceptive awareness to the user – it benefits the body greatly and class participants can often feel immediate release of tight muscles… The method uses one’s own body weight, movement, the breath and EQUIPMENT to create the soft tissue release. Trigger Point Pilates helps alleviate chronic pain conditions and constant muscular tightness, undoing muscular restrictions and enhancing functional movement – At the end of a class one feels light, lengthened and able to move with total ease. It’s a great warm up and cool down class for high intensity training. Athletic pro’s runners, cyclists,golfers, dancers, the elderly and new Mums all love it! After a session of Trigger Point Pilates, you may feel as though you’ve just had a session with an osteopath! You will need to have either a long foam roller ( you can roll up a large bath towel) or prickle balls (tennis balls may do) to get the benefit of this class. Equipment can be purchased from physicalcompany.com - the large roller is 4 x 35 and the balls are prickle stimulating balls

This non-contact high energy class, influenced by martial arts, will have you feeling like a fighter.and release your daily stresses and tensions. Utilising varying combinations of punches and kicks with bouts of cardio exercises to provide one serious cardiovascular workout, combined with the control of balance and whole-body conditioning. The music will drive through energy highs and controlled fight combinations and I will coach you through the varying levels to take you to your next level. Utilising just your own body, and potentially a mat, you get a class that gives you a workout that encompasses the whole body.

Broadway Boogie
Broadway Boogie is a high energy dance fitness workout inspired by broadway and musical theatre. You can dance, sing and express yourself while working out to all your favourite musical melodies. The class includes many different musical styles from various shows and films allowing you to get the full show biz experience in only 45 minutes. Become a broadway star and take on every leading role as you embrace a different character with every single track and perform at your best.Broadway Boogie is suitable for all participants of any fitness level. It uses the principles of aerobic training mixed with resistance and interval training to maximise the cardio component of the class to ensure a high calorie burn. Participants often find themselves working harder as they sing along to all their favourite musical numbers.
Broadway Boogie choreography is easy to follow and always reflects the style of the musical or character in play. The movements are enjoyable and engaging to keep participants returning to classes again and again. Participants have so much fun they often forget they are working out they are so busy dancing and singing along.
