Mini Pilates - Stretch and Breathe
Sunday is a day of rest and so why not start it with a 45min Pilates Stretch and Breathe class. This session is aimed to stretch and relax the body using your breath.Please ensure you have sufficient space to move, free of obstacles and obstruction. Have water and wear comfortable clothing.

Pilates - Mixed Abilities
Pilates is an exercise that improves posture and alignment, improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. On this course we will look a the fundamental and principles of Pilates working through the original 34 Pilates moves. Our classes are taught in small groups which gives a friendly workout session. Using small equipment enables everyone to make progress at your own pace and offers challenges to your workout. Mat and small equipment is provided all you will need to do is bring yourself and a bottle of water. Wear fitness clothes or whatever you feel comfortable to wear for exercise but wear layers as you may get hot. Let's Dance at Home
Low impact exercise which is suitable for older adults, those that are new to fitness or just want to improve fitness levels. This is a 60 min cardio class to keep your body moving, using functional movements to keep our joints healthy.Wear comfortable clothing, water and a small towel is required.

Zumba Toning
This class is designed to sculpt and tone the body using small weights/toning sticks (or water bottles) and your own body weight.
If you are looking for a class to tone the body, strengthen your muscles and make you sweat with a smile on your face singing to good music then this class is for you all in the safety of your home.
Move your sofa, send your family into another room or let them join in and stay active with Zumba!!

Mini Pilates - Pilates on the Chair
If you are working from home and find yourself stuck in doors on the sofa why not join our 30 min Pilates on the chair class. This session aimed at doing your regular Pilates practice using the chair instead of the mat to allow those who find it difficult to get to the floor to experience and enjoy the benefits of Pilates.You would need a Chair, sufficient space to move, free of obstacles and obstruction. Have water and wear comfortable clothing.

Pilates Barre
Room Name: Main HallThe Pilates Barre class is a Ballet-insprired workout which is a fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Yoga exercises to up tempo dance music. By combining these workout techniques, you will be using your whole body by strengthening your core and lengthening your muscles (such as abs, arms, hips and thighs) which will result in a toned body, improved posture and increased flexibility.
The Barre itself is used as a prop for you to balance while doing the exercises and we also use other equipment such as bands and balls to focus on your core and stretches. This low impact workout burns calories and gains lean muscle using small isometric movements with high repetitions.
Mat and small equipment is provided all you will need to do is bring yourself and a bottle of water. Wear fitness clothes or whatever you feel comfortable to wear for exercise but wear layers as you may get hot. As we work on the Mat you can either wear socks or be barefoot..
