Circuit training offers the ultimate total body workout: A combination of stretching, strengthening and aerobic exercises are performed one after another, increasing your fitness, flexibility and endurance. I keep class sizes small, so that you receive plenty of instruction to ensure each exercise is performed safely, correctly and effectively. And don’t worry if you’re a complete beginner - no experience is necessary and all levels are catered to.
Come rain, hail or shine, all classes take place outdoors, at Mitcham’s Park, just off Milton Road behind the Westbrook centre in central Cambridge. Classes run for 50 minutes on Monday mornings at 0730 and 0900, Wednesday evenings at 1800 and Friday mornings at 0900. Booking is essential.
