A private facebook group to connect with others all on the same health and wellness journey as you where you will also find short weekly HIIT session for you to do in your own time
A weekly online zoom session for motivation, optional weigh in , Q & A session and 30 minute HIIT workout with a nice deep stretch at the end. (This will be recorded for anyone who cannot make the live online session.)
