It combines Body Weight Exercises, Cardio Conditioning & Freestyle Weighted Speed Strike Combinations to help improve your general fitness, help you lose weight and tone up, improve your strength and stamina and improve your cardiovascular system. Combing Light aerobic hand weights and hook & jab pads.
