.It doesn't matter how inflexible you feel, Gravity yoga will help you improve flexibility and mobility. Unlike more traditional yoga we are not trying to make poses perfect, it's much more about improving mobility in your hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders, ankles.... If you feel 'tight', are a runner or a cyclist, or jjust want to improve your mobility then this class is for you!
