Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving you posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching, and conditioning exercises. You will increase your core strength (back, abdominals and pelvic floor), improve your flexibility and agility and at the same time tone your stomach and thigh muscles.

Croxton Personal PilatesI no longer teach Pilates in the UK as I now live in Spain for most of the year. However, I do organise Pilates holidays in Spain on the beautiful Costa de Azahar in a traditional Spanish town where I live called Alcossebre. This year i am offering a weeks holiday in a 4-bed-roomed private villa with a pool, large sun terrace, brick BBQ, sea views and only 5 minute walk to one of the many sandy beaches. Included in the £349 price are 2 x Pilates classes each day (morning and late afternoon) a stocked fridge/store cupboard for snacks and breakfasts as well as essentials like loo paper! I am also including transfers to and from the local airport at Castellon. Flights are not included but can be booked with Ryanair from Stanstead to Castellon and are very reasonably priced. The date of the holiday is from Saturday 28th April to Saturday 5th May.
