These bootcamp style fitness sessions are for all abilities and we try to split the groups into White, Red & Green meaning you will be with people of a similar fitness level.The classes last for 1 hour and are broken down into a 5-10 mins warm up, 40-50 mins of exercise with at least 1 water stop and 5-10 mins cool down and stretch.
The classes involve circuits, relays and general bootcamp type exercises using body weight and the emphasis is on working hard but to your ability - hard work will produce results and give you a buzz after you have completed workouts you didn't think you would or could do!
