Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving you posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching, and conditioning exercises. You will increase your core strength (back, abdominals and pelvic floor), improve your flexibility and agility and at the same time tone your stomach and thigh muscles.

Core Care & Pelvic Floor Repair Into PracticeThis is a half term course of friendly and relaxed Pilates for Mums classes you can attend to practice everything you have learned on your Core Care & Pelvic Floor Repair classes (either group or 1-2-1). You will meet other mums and get personalised advice on safely restoring your pelvic floor and core. Although the class is all about you, you may bring your baby until they are on the move. The classes are 60 minutes long. You will get access to a closed facebook group where you can talk/ask questions.

Mums That MoveMums that Move is a Pilates class aimed at mums no matter how old your children are. If you want to focus on your pelvic floor and core this is the class for you. This class picks up the themes introduced in the Core Care & Pelvic Floor Repair course and we embed them through practice, practice and more practice. The classes incorporate seated, standing and floor work. They utilise a lot of small equipment so the classes are interesting, varied and fun.
