ROCKFIT is a dance fitness class created for rock fans, by rock fans!
This class caters for those with a heavier taste in music, and features low impact and high impact cardio, toning and body sculpting with great dance moves.

Rock up and rock your workout to iconic bands and artists such as Rammstein, Queen, Korn, AC/DC, Rob Zombie and much more!

£5 per class – Free class available with full loyalty card

Parking - Please park in the small car park at the back of the building, on the surrounding streets or Lidl car park is a short 1 minute walk. Please enter via the car park at the back, you will find us at the top of the stairs in the main hall.
