If you love dance, you will love Medau – it is a form of movement exercise with a dance twist working the whole body. You will find Medau will help improve your co-ordination, balance, strength, stamina and cardio levels and you will feel the benefit as the weeks go by. Every week your class will be different to give you variety and you will work to all sorts of music. Medau really is a tried and tested exercise discipline. Its National Governing Body is the Exercise Movement and Dance Partnership and it is endorsed by Sport England and the Sport and Recreation Alliance.
